We're looking for Paraprofessionals to join our team! Come find your purpose and make a difference in the lives of others.
As a Paraprofessional, you’ll work at one of our year-round Manchester locations and gain hands-on experience within a structured school system. With intimate class sizes of 10 students or less, you can directly engage with and learn about a variety of psychological and neurological disabilities, ranging from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.
This is not a desk job. Our interactive work directly impacts the lives of our students. Whether you are assisting a client with daily living activities, improving relationship skills, developing coping mechanisms or teaching a subject, you will become a needed, trusted role model in this team-oriented position.
Qualifications
Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.
Sign On Bonus is paid at 3 and 6 months of continued full-time employment - the bonus is subject to all taxes, deductions and voluntary deductions elected.

Qualifications
- High School education or GED, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Two (2) years practical experience working with children is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 21 years of age
