We're looking for a Nurse Trainer in our Community Based Services Program right now!
Responsibilities: In this role you will assume responsibility for all nursing care procedures and related health care activities for assigned clients in the Greater Seacoast area in both day and residential programs. You will provide direction and oversight to staff for the medical needs of individuals served, consistent with the State Regulations, guardians, physicians and other consulting staff and provide ongoing medical monitoring and quality assurance of residence according to Easterseals' medical policy and procedures.
In this role you will also provide medication administration training to staff and independent contractors and supervise staff in relation to medical and health treatment for individuals served. You will also complete nursing assessments for each individual assigned as well as provide oversight of ordering prescriptions, medical supplies, scheduling all medical and dental appointments and ensure follow-through with staff and follow up treatment as ordered.
Qualifications
Compensation: $72,800 yearly

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Three (3) years of experience with the target population, or
- Equivalent of education and experience combination
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Registered Nurse, current State License
- Certification as a Nurse Trainer or the ability to obtain certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation: $72,800 yearly
