- High School Diploma or equivilent
- Valid Michigan Drivers License
- At least 2 years experience in logistics
- Experience using scheduling software as related in transportation industry
- Defensive Driving certification
- Oversee the following as it relates to transportation services at Easterseals Michigan:
- Direct supervisory oversight of all transportation staff that would work at various ESM sites.
- Responsible for monthly supervision of all transportation staff.
- Monitor all referrals for service ensuring appropriate services are offered per each individual request.
- Assign staff to various sites based upon transportation service characteristics across ESM sites.
- Responsible routine maintenance checks on ESM vehicles are being performed.
- Liaison/interact with all programs to ensure transportation services are being offered in most effective manner to engage persons served by ESM.
- Work with eventual software solution for monitoring, scheduling and tracking all service referral requests.
- Ensure effective and efficient use of ride sharing services (Lyft) are being performed to maximize the best use of the service (i.e. multiple service for day of transportation request being made)
- When necessary perform transportation pick up and drop off service.
Salary : $125
