- Provide user and system support for various clinical systems, including practice management and electronic health record (EHR) systems and related systems integrations.
- Contribute to application development designs, including needs assessment, testing, and adoption.
- Communicate system changes to users and contribute to the development of user guides and training materials.
- Assist with identifying optimized system usability to maximize user experience and efficiency.
- Demonstrates knowledge of principles of trauma informed care.
- Willingness to support and assist consumers with trauma related issues.
