Position Summary:
This position schedules hearing conservation screenings with client companies, including reviewing and updating client information, scheduling testing within required timeframes, preparing work orders, assigning technicians, and providing logistical support.
Essential Functions:
- Contacts client companies to schedule annual hearing conservation testing within required timeframes. Provides testing and scheduling information, and responds to client inquiries.
- Reviews and updates client information and employee data as needed.
- Schedules testing dates and assigns technicians. Ensures all jobs comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Prepares work orders and provides information to assigned technicians, including service date, company and contract information, vehicle, equipment, testing details, etc.
- Arranges rental cars and hotel accommodations as needed.
- Performs data entry, recordkeeping, and other administrative support duties.

Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least one year general office or clerical experience. Previous scheduling experience strongly preferred.
- Must have knowledge of computers, web browsers, Microsoft Office suite, including knowledge of Excel and Word.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have current driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Must complete and maintain all required trainings/certifications.
- Must maintain confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Salary : $21
