Easterseals is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to provide support and guidance to individuals with intellectual disabilities as they learn important life skills such as communication and daily routines.

As you build relationships with the people you support, you will share in the joy that they experience when learning a new skill that promotes independence in everyday life.

Qualifications:

•Must have compassion for others and the desire to support adults with disabilities

•Must be able to work 30 hours/weekly M-F (daytime)

•High school diploma or equivalent

•Driving record in good standing to drive company vehicles

Preferred Skills:

•Experience working with adults with disabilities is a plus, but not required

•Job-specific paid training provided on site

•Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
