Easterseals is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to provide support and guidance in the community to individuals with intellectual disabilities as they learn important vocational skills and maintain jobs within the community.
As you build relationships with the people you support, you will share in the joy that they experience when learning a new skill that promotes independence in everyday life.
This is generally a 40 hour per week position Monday – Friday daytime hours. Some work outside of those hours may be necessary based on individual work schedules. The starting compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 an hour, based on experience in the field.

Qualifications:
- Must have compassion for others and the desire to support adults with disabilities
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend responsibility
- Driving record in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in a community and/or employment setting
- Knowledge of DVR standards and reporting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with adults with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Job-specific paid training provided on site
- Supporting staff in a leadership role
