Duties

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct custom cabinets and fixtures
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process
• Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, caulking, and sealing to achieve a polished final product
• Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, siding, and trim on-site with precision and care
• Conduct repairs or restoration work on existing cabinetry or woodwork damaged by water or other elements
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and specifications while maintaining excellent craftsmanship

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, including trim carpentry, framing, metal stud framing, or related construction fields
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment for woodworking projects
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of construction estimating, drywall installation (stucco), rebar installation, masonry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work or related trades is a plus
• Familiarity with restoration industry practices such as mold remediation and water damage restoration is advantageous
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in cabinet installation and remodeling projects
• Valid experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
