General Duties:
Provide supervision and guidance to the direct care staff, and focus on thoroughly completing and processing physician orders. Completing treatments as ordered by the physician. Assist with ADL's, Medication Administration, activities, and other direct care related tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Proficient in basic life support
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
- Experience in patient care and assessment
- Background in geriatrics
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, including post-acute and sub-acute care
Summary
As an RN/LPN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, IV insertion, and EHR systems to deliver high-quality care. Pay: $38.75 - $51.50 per hour
