Duties

- Collaborate with medical staff on acute pain management strategies.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to determine patient needs and treatment plans.
- Oversee sterile processing procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Assist in family planning discussions and provide relevant education to patients.
- Phlebotomize patients as needed for laboratory testing.
Requirements
- Current nursing license and relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of utilization management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
