Responsibilities
- Safety checks through the night
- Assist with toileting during the night
- Administer medications accurately following medical documentation protocols and HIPPA regulations to ensure patient safety.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment conducive to health and comfort.
- Must be able to work alone or with others
Experience
- Prior experience working in Dementia Care a plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
- Hands-on experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia-related conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor when interacting with residents and families
