Corporate Marketing Account Manager

We’re seeking a Marketing Account Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives across multiple sports and recreation facilities. This role will manage and execute marketing strategies to drive participation in programs, leagues, camps, events, and facility rentals. The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and analytical marketer with strong social media and digital campaign experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

  Plan and schedule social media content across multiple facilities.
• 
  Coordinate graphic design, content creation, and production of promotional materials.
• 
  Collaborate with internal and external partners to support sponsorship activation, and cross-promotional opportunities.
• 
  Ensure brand consistency across all facilities and communication platforms.
• 
  Maintain and enhance the online reputation of assigned facilities through active community engagement.
• 
  Grow and nurture audiences across social media platforms and email marketing.
• 
  Use analytical insights to evaluate and optimize the customer experience across digital channels.
• 
  Work closely with facility teams to increase customer engagement and conversions through web and social content.

• 
  Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive community relationships.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube), including algorithms, trends, post formats, and optimal posting times.

  Proficiency with Meta Business Suite
  (preferred)
  and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
• 
  Excellent writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and concise content.
• 
  Basic graphic/video design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut or Illustrator.
• 
  Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple facilities and campaigns simultaneously.
  Understanding of youth and adult sports markets, recreation programming, and facility rentals.
• 
  Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and initiative, consistently presenting new concepts to enhance campaigns and streamline processes.


• Self-motivated and solution-oriented; thrives in fast-paced environments by anticipating needs, adapting quickly, and proposing actionable strategies.
• 
  Proven experience in digital marketing strategy.

• 
  Proficiency in Canva & Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

• 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, recreation, fitness, or events.

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
  Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 
  Experience managing multiple brands, locations, or accounts simultaneously.
• 
  Photography and/or videography skills for content creation.
• 
  Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar).

• 
  Experience working with sponsorship activations or B2B partnerships.
