- Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation for daily breakfast service, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Support high-volume food production while maintaining quality and consistency across all dishes.
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination and uphold health standards.
- Maintain organized workstations and stock ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or catering environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques such as poaching, braising, grilling, and food production.
