Job Summary
This position works closely with the Director of Marketing to execute the defined marketing strategy for each brand and channel, ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with business objectives and brand positioning. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with content creation capabilities (photo/video) and a solid understanding of social media and brand storytelling.
This person will actively contribute to creative development, helping bring campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives to life across omnichannel touchpoints (social media, POS, events, sales materials).
Essential duties and Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Brand Execution
- Design marketing assets for all EQF brands, including sales tools, event collateral, POS, and digital content, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats and channels.
- Support packaging updates and adaptations (labels, claims, layout adjustments) ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
Content Creation (Social & Digital)
- Create engaging content for social media (static posts, carousels, short-form video, etc) and optimize it for performance.
- Edit videos for social media, product highlights, and campaigns
- Support content calendars by providing creative ideas and creative execution aligned to strategy
- Publish and manage content across social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Track performance trends and contribute to continuous improvement of social media strategy
Photo & Video Production Support
- Assist in planning, setting up and executing in-house content shoots:
- Product photography (food styling a plus)
- Video shoots (recipes, product demos, brand storytelling)
- Contribute to art direction and creative concepts
Creative Campaign Support
- Collaborate on creative concepts for product launches, trade shows and events, retail and foodservice activations.
- Translate brand and marketing strategy into compelling and effective visual storytelling across all touchpoints
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- 2-4 years in a marketing agency or in-house creative role (hands-on design social media content work).
- Agency experience with both brand design and social content creation is highly preferred.
- Proven experience developing marketing materials across multiple channels
- Experience supporting content creation for brands (B2B or CPG preferred)
- Experience in food, CPG, or foodservice industry is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with: Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar short-form video tools
- Experience with social media management platforms (Meta Business)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
Skills, Abilities & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of photography and video production
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity
- Strong understanding of Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), Content formats and trends (especially short-form video)
- Experience supporting or managing Content calendars, Community engagement (comments, DMs)
- Ability to design content with a performance mindset
- Ability to collaborate and work well across departments (marketing, sales, and leadership)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize work across multiple brands
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
