Essential Duties/Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to provide a high level of customer service and support
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to identify current and future sales opportunities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate quotes, pricing, and configurations in accordance with company policies
- Effectively document sales orders, quotes, and customer communications
- Interpret customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-up on leads, and proactive sales outreach
- Close sales opportunities generated through inbound and outbound efforts
- Submit timely call reports and track sales activities
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Education
- Four-year college degree is preferred or equivalent sales experience
- Prior customer service and sales experience are required
- Some metals industry or aluminum sales experience would be a bonus
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities; high attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong math skills and comfort working with pricing and margin calculations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Must be willing to sign our standard non-compete agreement
