About The Role

As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff on Saturday and Sunday shifts. You will oversee the daily operations of our unit, ensuring that all residents receive the care and attention they need to thrive. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be invaluable assets to our team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff on weekend shifts
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure that all residents are receiving appropriate care and attention
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and resident outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the weekend shift
  
  

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Virginia
• Ability to work a 7A-7P weekend shift
• 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation or long-term care facility
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
