Eastern Drayage is one of the leading container logistics trucking companies on the East Coast. Our fleet of over 150 trucks - specializes in transporting containers (drayage) in and out of the major ports and rails.
We are currently in the process of expanding our Baltimore operation to service our current and expanding client base. The Candidate will be responsible for assisting us with growing our Baltimore terminal facility, as well as finding and leading drivers. Candidates must possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily terminal operations, ensuring efficient logistics and dispatching processes
- Utilize transportation management systems to analyze freight movements and optimize routes
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation for all terminal activities
- Ensure all driver hours, load completions, and compensation details are accurately recorded
- Collaborate with team to enhance overall transportation planning
Qualifications
- 3 years in trucking dispatch, terminal management, or logistics operations
- Proficiency in transportation management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Proven ability to manage a team, solve problems, and drive operational efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
