Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle preventative maintenance tasks and such as oil changes, tire rotations, wiper blade replacements and filter replacements
- Inspect vehicles for additional repair needs and communicate findings to customers
- Use hand tools and equipment to complete service tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair procedures is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
