Position Summary
Easterly is conducting a search for a Marketing System Administrator to own the end-to-end production and delivery of marketing collateral through the firm’s Content Management System (CMS). This role combines technical expertise with strong organizational skills and an acute attention to detail to ensure the firm’s marketing technology ecosystem operates efficiently and effectively. The Marketing Systems Administrator will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the CMS and its related integrations to support seamless workflows and timely delivery of marketing materials that align with the firm’s distribution strategy. The role will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and work collaboratively with the Vice President of Marketing.
Primary responsibilities shall include the following:
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and timely delivery of all marketing collateral, including factsheets, commentaries, presentations, and client reports, on a monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis.
- Build, manage, and update collateral templates within the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across all materials.
- Source accurate quantitative and qualitative data from internal systems to support the production and ongoing maintenance of product materials.
- Maintain and optimize integrations between the CMS and related systems, leveraging automation tools to improve data pipelines and workflow efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating with IT and other internal stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, data validation checks, and compliance review workflows to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all materials.
- Roll out new CMS capabilities, enhancements, and process improvements to improve user experience and overall system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and senior leadership—to produce off-cycle or customized materials that support the evolving needs of marketing and sales teams.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- Minimum 3-5 years of collateral production experience in the asset management or financial services industry is required.
- Deep content management and administrative knowledge of Seismic from end user onboarding, content updates to data automation.
- Understanding of Structured data such as XML, and CSV
- HTML Programing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint is a must. Knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) would be beneficial
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple priorities and initiatives.
- Strong understanding and ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment that demands compliance oversight
