Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, school hours only

Easterseals Florida is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our school-based therapy team serving students across Volusia County Schools. What You’ll Do

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess students’ needs.
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans that support student success.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams through IEPs, SSTs, 504 Plans, and problem-solving meetings.
• Track progress using EMR and other approved systems in alignment with DOE and Easterseals standards.
• Prepare reports, justifications, and documentation to ensure quality service and compliance.
• Mentor and supervise assistant-level therapists (COTAs), interns, and volunteers.
• Participate in peer reviews and ongoing professional development

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current State of Florida OT license and eligibility for an NPI number
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Integrity, flexibility, and a heart for helping children thrive
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
