We are seeking a Production & Warehouse Associate to support our print-on-demand and fulfillment operations. This is an entry-level role with a wide variety of responsibilities across printing, finishing, packaging, and shipping.

Printing & Production
- Retrieve and prepare digital files for printing
- Queue, batch, and monitor print jobs across large-format printers
- Load and manage print media and ink to ensure consistent output quality
- Trim, laminate, and mount printed materials
- Assist with framing, canvas wrapping, and installation of hanging hardware
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications
- Roll, sleeve, and tube maps and prints for shipment
- Prepare and package orders (individual and bulk) to ensure safe delivery
- Attach packing slips and supporting documentation as needed
- Comfortable using a computer to retrieve and manage files
- Willingness to learn and operate production equipment (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
