- Full-time
- Monday–Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
- Occasional overtime as needed
- Pull, stage, and load parts, tools, and materials for HVAC construction projects and service calls
- Load delivery trucks accurately for daily job site deliveries
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts
- Make local deliveries using company vehicles as needed
- Communicate with field crews to ensure jobs are properly supplied
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior warehouse experience (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction preferred) Prior manager experience a plus
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Experience handling materials, freight, and job-site supplies
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Inventory or cycle count experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing experience is a plus (not required)
