We’re growing and looking for a hands-on Commercial HVAC Project Field Supervisor / Lead Installer to join our team.

- Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installations (new construction & retrofits)
- Coordinate with project managers and general contractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec
- Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specs
- Track materials, labor, and job progress
- Travel to job sites across Texas (minimal overnight work)
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality
- 3 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Experience leading crews or acting as a lead installer
- Strong knowledge of ductwork and commercial HVAC systems
- Pipefitting and brazing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- EPA certification preferred (not required)
- VRF experience is a plus
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
