Role Description
The Women's Flag Football Graduate Assistant will support the head coach in the administration, organization, and development of the women's flag football program. Responsibilities include assisting in practice planning, conditioning, and skills development, scouting and recruiting student-athletes, managing equipment and travel logistics, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. The role also includes supporting the leadership development of student-athletes while upholding the values of the university. This is a full-time, on-site role located at East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, TX.
