Experienced Jewelry Sales Associate
We are looking for sales associates for our family owned jewelry store. Our store has been in business for over 75 years and provide great products and service to the Cleveland community.
We are looking for a result-driven retail jewelry sales associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Jewelry Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and services and recommend the right solutions. Ultimately, the duties of a jewelry sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals

Responsibilities
- As a jewelry sales associate greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting jewelry pieces that match their style and needs is a priority.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to highlight quality and craftsmanship
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering styling advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in jewelry or luxury goods environments
- Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with customers
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to enhance visual appeal and sales performance
