What are the responsibilities and job description for the Step Down Unit - Behavioral Health Tech position at East Ridge Health Systems?
The Step Down Unit Behavioral Health Tech is responsible for ensuring basic safety and security for all Residents. The SDU BHT monitors, reflects, and redirects Residents to ensure that the consumers are receiving opportunities for training and growth in the least restrictive environment as possible. The SDU BHT will also assist with orientations of new staff and coach and mentor staff about job/site specific tasks and assist with administrative matters.
