What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at East Ridge Health Systems?
Provide building and ground maintenance services. Must be willing to learn and take initiative to carry out new tasks. Must be able to work above and below ground level, ascend and descend ladders up to 50 feet, work in cramped quarters and lift, with or without assistance, up to 50 pounds. Must be able to use hand tools and power tools. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to perform but not limited to the following skills: carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, machine repair, plant layout, painting, and janitorial.
