Human Resource & Personnel Intern
Are you pursuing a career in recruiting, benefits, payroll, or learning and development? Join our team and gain hands-on experience that will help launch your career in Human Resources. As an intern, you’ll apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and represent the company at community and recruitment events.
Location: Office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing plants and off-site eventsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/weekDuration: May – August 2025Compensation: Paid Internship
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Assist with pre-employment processes
- Generate and analyze reports
- Support social media and employer branding initiatives
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews
- Contribute to various HR projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Junior or Senior standing in college
- Major in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
