Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in Allentown, PA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and maintaining a full service showroom, managing and expanding client relationships, and managing key supplier relationships. Key responsibilities also include conducting market research, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Account Management
- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making skills
- Excellent Negotiation, Customer Relationship Management, and Communication skills
- Knowledge of the hardwood flooring and luxury vinyl plank industry is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage
