Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant position. Unique opportunity for 3 days per week part-time assistant. Private practice with 34 year history of full-scope, patient centered care and excellent reputation. Main office in Zanesville, satellite offices in Newark and New Albany.
You work only when the Doctor works. Doctor is senior partner in practice. Work days Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, usually out by 3:00PM Wed., 2PM Thurs., 1PM Friday. Most days in Zanesville, two Thursdays per month in Newark office. Occasional elective Monday or Tuesday AM hours during busy season. Off every weekend and Monday & Tuesday. Off 6-8 additional weeks throughout the year.
Prefer OMFS assistant with experience and DAANCE certificate. State of Ohio radiology certificate, BLS and recent OSHA training are beneficial. Pay commensurate with experience. As this position does not include additional benefits except for 401K, hourly rate will compensate for your flexibility.
Prefer applicant with references, desire to show up for work, kind to patients and fellow employees.
Potential opportunity to increase hours if you desire in New Albany or Newark offices on the Monday or Tuesday.
