- Cleaning & Sanitation: Washing dishes, utensils, pans, and sanitizing workstations to meet health regulations.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning trash cans, and disposing of waste.
- Inventory & Storage: Assisting with unloading deliveries and storing ingredients according to safety regulations.
- Chef Support: Assisting with simple cooking tasks, plating food, and operating kitchen equipment.
