Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety guidelines
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
- Engage with guests to promote sales of menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance their experience
- Complete daily MAC duties and side work
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with liquor laws and regulations
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for billing and retail math purposes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that creates a welcoming environment
Availability: Seeking candidate whose available in the afternoon during the week and open availability on the weekends.
