East Coast Toyota is looking for a motivated Collision Estimator to support our busy service drive and body shop. If you’re skilled in estimating, great with customers, and enjoy working with insurance partners, this is a fantastic career opportunity with a respected Toyota dealership.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers on the service drive and perform damage walk-arounds
• Write accurate estimates using CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex
• Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
• Manage supplements, documentation, and repair authorizations
• Coordinate repair timelines with the Toyota body shop team
• Ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction at delivery
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of collision estimating (dealership or body shop)
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes and OEM repair standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
  
  

Preferred: I-CAR/ASE certifications, Toyota experience, bilingual (English/Spanish)
