Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations and manage work schedules, ensuring projects are executed effectively and on time. Responsibilities include leading and directing work teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and ensuring efficient use of resources. The role requires collaboration with project managers, customers, and other teams to meet project objectives successfully.
