East Coast Property Services is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, positive people to join our professional residential cleaning team.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday only — no nights or weekends
- Work hours between 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Part-time: 3 full weekdays, approximately 15–20 hours/week
- Full-time: 32 hours/week
Applicants must be available during these weekday hours.
Pay
- $20/hour during 10 days of paid training
- $20–$25/hour after training, based on experience

What You’ll Do
You’ll provide professional cleaning services in residential homes throughout Kennebunk and surrounding communities. You’ll work both independently and alongside other members of our team.
Daily responsibilities include general residential cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and maintaining East Coast Property Services’ quality standards.
This is an active position that requires standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
