House Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and Short-Term Rental properties, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and neatly presented.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to meet client expectations and schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
• Conduct commercial cleaning tasks when required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in various settings.
• Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure all areas are well-maintained.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation techniques and use of cleaning products is beneficial.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items as needed.
