Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests enjoy a warm and welcoming breakfast experience by maintaining cleanliness, preparing food, and providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in creating a positive start to our guests' day and supporting the overall hospitality experience. Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest satisfaction are key qualities for success in this position.
Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment
- Restock supplies and ensure food safety standards are upheld at all times
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, cooking, and plating as needed
- Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to maintain a tidy dining environment
- Provide friendly guest interactions, answer questions about menu items, and offer exceptional customer service
- Follow food handling and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment
- Support catering or banquet events when required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality preferred; kitchen experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and handling procedures
- Strong communication skills for guest interactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- Culinary or dietary aide experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including mornings
