We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and time-efficient Housekeeper to help keep our hotel clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with purpose, and understands that consistency and efficiency are key to a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms efficiently according to brand standards
- Change linens, make beds, and restock towels and guest amenities
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, floors)
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas
- Replenish supplies and report low inventory to management
- Identify and report maintenance issues or room damages promptly
- Follow daily room assignment schedules and meet productivity goals
- Maintain cleanliness of carts, storage areas, and housekeeping equipment
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Time & Performance Expectations
- Complete assigned rooms within established time standards
- Maintain consistent quality while working efficiently
- Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift
- Communicate clearly with supervisors about room status and priorities
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right person)
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
