Position Summary
- Member Relations & Onboarding: Act as the face of the club, greeting members warmly and providing comprehensive orientation for new members.
- Concierge Services: Assist members with personalized requests such as dining, and local area recommendations.
- Operations & Tee Sheets: Oversee the reservation system and maximize tee sheet efficiency to balance golf revenue with an optimal guest experience.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing member-exclusive golf tournaments, social activities, and special functions.
- Team Leadership: Train, onboard, and schedule the concierge team. Provide coaching to ensure a high-quality hospitality mindset.
- Communications & Retention: Proactively engage members through outbound calls, newsletters, and emails to drive participation and address member feedback.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs within the call center, design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support career development initiatives that align with both individual and company goals.
Experience
Minimum 1-3 years in premium hospitality, country club operations, or membership sales.
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, service recovery, and strong business planning skills.
Tech Proficiency
Familiarity with club management software and CRM tools.
Education
A bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred.
