East Coast Capture is currently looking for a full time, seasonal customer service position in Warwick, RI.
About the job:
We are currently looking to fill a full-time, seasonal production team member position within our operations office.
- Our fall 2026 season starts the first week of September and runs strong until mid-December.
- On the job training will be provided, and continues throughout the season.
- The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Daily tasks include:
- Scanning paperwork and processing data entry into photography software for gallery hosting setup
- Uploading images to on-site drives for image processing
- Quality check and sorting images into galleries
- Processing photo orders and sending emails
- Aiding production, printing, and shipping teams as necessary
- Various additional production tasks as needed
What we are looking for:
- Somebody who is outgoing, positive, and patient. You must be able to work well in a team environment
- Somebody who thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment with the ability to multitask and a willingness to work hard
- Technologically savvy: somebody who has the ability to learn new software easily, and is efficient with Google drive. PLUS if you are familiar with the ins and outs of both Windows and MacOS.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
