What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey Party Chief position at East Central Florida Site Contractor?
East Central Florida Survey Company looking for a full time Land Survey Party Chief (Experienced).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as a member of a survey crew performing boundary, topography, ALTA/NSPS, right of way, and construction surveys for public and private clients
- Knowledge of Total Station, topcon GPS equipment w/ Topcon FC5000 data collector
- Drive stakes, iron rods as points of reference
- Cut line of sight for survey lines
- Learn to set-up and operate survey equipment, including total-station, data-collector, level, and GPS
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work outside in all seasons
- Valid Driver’s license
- Must pass drug screen
- Applicant must be organized, punctual, and accountable
- Minimum 3 years Exp required
