Jumpin Beans Party Rentals is looking for a Part Time Crew Leader/Crew Driver
We are currently looking for a Part time Crew Lead/Crew Driver, Friday-Sunday. 7 am-whenever we are done. Could be 18 hours, could be 30 hours. But Friday- Sunday are non negotiable.
Pay starts at $18 for experienced employees. Most new employees start at $16 with a raise to $18 once they can be on the road as a lead.
EVERY NEW HIRE WILL START AS A CREW MEMBER TO FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THE UNITS WE RENT OUT. ALL CREW MEMBERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO CLEAN ON NON DELIVERY DAYS!!
Ability to show up on time, be motivated to get the job done independently, be a hard worker and be customer service oriented are a must. We are a TEAM and expect every team member to work together.
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT HEAVY UNITS AND BE ABLE TO WORK OUTSIDE.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DRIVING A TRUCK WITH A HEAVY TRAILER.
MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKROUND AS WE WORK WITH SCHOOLS AND CHURCHES.
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK PROFESSIONALLY WITH CUSTOMERS.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
