| Job Description |
ECU Department of Library Services at Joyner Library's Teaching Resources Center (TRC) is seeking student assistants to work in our newly renovated department! The Teaching Resources Center contains children and young adult materials, K-12 North Carolina state adopted textbooks, guided readers, and teaching aids. The department primarily serves students enrolled in teacher education programs and educators in eastern North Carolina. We are looking for students who have exceptional customer service skills, are positive and flexible, who can work independently as well as with others, and who are detail oriented. Education majors are highly encouraged to apply. During the spring semester, the Teaching Resources Center is open Monday-Thursday from 10am-6pm, Friday from 10am-5pm, Saturdays/Sundays from 1pm-5pm. Students work during department hours, with required weekend rotations. Student assistants will:
