What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Ticket Office position at East Carolina University?
ECU Department of Athletics Ticket office is currently seeking temporary employees to work in the Athletics Ticket office. The position will answer phones, provide customer service, sell tickets at events, process orders, file, and perform other ticket office duties as assigned.
The position will build quality relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with Pirate Club, Athletics, and University staff, students, business vendors and all donors and stakeholders.
The position will also abide by all written policies and procedures of ECU, the Department of Athletics, The Educational Foundation (Pirate Club), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and all applicable conferences or associations.

Minimum Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalency.
License or Certification Required by Statute or Regulation
