We're looking for reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our crew as a Barback/Busser. This role is key to keeping service running smoothly and ensuring both our bartenders and servers are fully supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by keeping bar tops and cocktail tables clear and clean.
- Quickly clear and transport dishware to the kitchen.
- Clean spills and broken items immediately; remove empty bottles and trash.
- Assist in setup, cleanup, prep work, and equipment maintenance.
- Restock bar areas with glassware, beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
- Run drinks to tables and assist bartenders with beer and wine pours during busy periods.
- Maintain ice bins, beverage dispensers, and refrigerated units; replace kegs as needed.
- Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, and bar equipment.
- Prepare garnishes and mixes for cocktails.
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21
- 1 year experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Active Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification required
- Customer service focused, with excellent communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
