YOUR MISSION: BE A CHAMPION OF INDEPENDENCE!

As our Community Treatment Specialist, you'll be so much more than a case manager - you'll be a mentor, advocate, and guide helping psychiatrically disabled residents unlock their full potential and achieve meaningful independence!

YOUR IMPACTFUL DAILY WORK INCLUDES:

• Empower Through Education: Teach essential daily living skills including household management, nutrition, food safety, and personal care

• Champion Independence: Assist residents in developing the skills they need to live their most independent, fulfilling lives

• Coordinate Comprehensive Care: Work with our multi-disciplinary team, families, and clients to ensure every need is met with excellence

• Monitor Health & Safety: Oversee medication management and maintain the highest standards of safe, sanitary living conditions

• Advocate Relentlessly: Assess individual needs across all life areas - from healthcare and transportation to financial management and personal growth

• Create Structure & Support: Provide the guidance and encouragement that helps each resident reach their highest possible level of independence

• Be a Safety Guardian: Immediately address any concerns to ensure our residents' wellbeing and security

• Associate's Degree in Human Services (Bachelor's preferred, but we value experience too!)

• Valid Driver's License & Good Driving Record - Ready to go where our residents need you

• Direct Care Experience - We'll consider your hands-on experience in place of formal education
