- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, safety, and presentation.
- Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
