- POSITION SUMMARY
- This position works closely with physicians, mid-level providers, and medical assistants in a team setting to deliver high quality patient care in an efficient and effective manner. This includes but is not limited to scheduling appointments, performing pre-authorizations, insurance verification, and communicating with outside agencies to provide coordinated care for patients. This role must demonstrate a strong work ethic with exceptional customer service skills that support the organizations mission, vision, and values.
