- POSITION SUMMARY
- The Patient Processing Specialist is often the first point of contact with our facility, so a strong Customer Service Focus is imperative. The Patient Processing Specialist should be able to effectively communicate with the patient to obtain necessary information for efficient Registration processing, including demographic information and insurance information. This position has a direct impact on revenue and patient satisfaction; professionalism, great customer service and efficiency all promote the success of the Patient Processing Specialist. - Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience
- 1-2 years customer service experience, including working on a computer.

- 1-2 years healthcare/hospital experience and/or customer service experience.
