- POSITION SUMMARY
- The Director of East Alabama Medical Group Specialty Clinics will support the Mission, Vision, and Values as well as demonstrate the standards of code of conduct in all duties set fourth by EAH. As a strategic leader, the Director oversees and takes ownership of the clinical operations of the Specialty Clinic Medical Group. The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing support to the physicians and the physician practices who practice under the governance of East Alabama Healthcare Authority. This position will provide leadership that formulates and support the achievement of strategic, operational and financial goals within the Medical Group as defined by EAH.

- Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree-Health, Business or Nursing Administration
- Minimum Experience
- 5 years-Leadership experience in practice management or relevant clinical operations
- Required Registration/License/Certification

- Master’s Degree-Health, Business or Nursing Administration
- Preferred Experience
- 8 years-Leadership experience with managing multiple providers in multi-site, multi-specialty environments
